Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data designschools.in collects and how it is used. The site is published by Infodes, which decides how and why the data is processed (the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
What we collect today
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, message and the IP address the request came from. We collect this only when you send the form and agree to the consent box.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The site currently does not run advertising or analytics scripts and does not set advertising cookies. See the cookie notice.
Why we use it
- To read and answer your message, including correction and listing requests.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam (the contact form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check and rate limiting).
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the request, and are then deleted.
Who receives it
We use service providers to run the site and handle messages, such as Cloudflare for hosting, security and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Children
The site is written for students and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Use the contact form and describe your request. We aim to respond within 7 days.
If this changes
If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy and the cookie notice first and, where required, ask for consent before any non-essential cookies are used.
